In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a prior 24 hour notice. Otherwise, no shows will be charged 50% of the total services. Appointments will have a hold time of 15 minutes for arrival.

Gift cards are always available for purchase online or at our store. When unsure of the amount that you should purchase, please ask our staff and they will be happy to assist you on purchasing the correct amount for your love ones.

Yes! Street parking is available on surrounding streets. Please make sure to check the signs to avoid parking tickets.

We love them! Just please make sure there is someone there to watch over them while you’re getting your service done, the salon is equipped with very sharp objects and extremely HOT tools, we want to make sure that your child is safe.
